President's Message

Dear Esteemed Members,

It is with great honor and humility that I address you as the President of the Federation of Indian Nurses Qatar (FINQ) for my second tenure. As the founder president, I am deeply grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me once again to lead our esteemed organization.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to our previous presidents, Ms. Reena Philip and Mr. Hans Jacob, for their exceptional leadership and tireless efforts in taking FINQ to new heights. Their dedication has paved the way for the success we enjoy today.

In my second term, my focus remains steadfast on advancing the professional development of nurses and providing comprehensive leadership training opportunities. We will address the challenges faced by industrial nurses, striving to uplift them and ensure their voices are heard on a global platform.

Our aim is to elevate FINQ to international recognition through strategic networking, collaborations, and initiatives that empower nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge. Community welfare activities will continue to be a cornerstone of our endeavors, as we strive to make a positive impact beyond the confines of healthcare institutions.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the new committee members for their commitment and dedication to our shared vision. Together, we will navigate the challenges ahead and seize opportunities for growth and excellence.

I urge all nurses to unite in support of our goals. Together, we can achieve remarkable feats and contribute meaningfully to the healthcare landscape of Qatar and beyond.

Thank you for your unwavering support, and I look forward to serving you all in the days ahead.

Warm regards,

Bejoy Chacko,
President,
Federation of Indian Nurses Qatar (FINQ)
